We have an amazing opportunity for a new Level 1 Technical Support Analyst. You will be the first contact and responsible for resolving end-users IT issues, including workstation, network, printer issues etc. Perform questions/problems diagnoses, guide users through issue resolution, communicating technical solutions in a user-friendly term and provide end-user training if necessary. You will also be responsible for ensuring new hire’s proper accounts and access are active as well as assign corporate equipment.
