IT & Systems Administrator

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general user support and respond to internal IT requests in a timely manner with excellent customer service; Act as escalation point for technical issues as needed
  • Maintain & support the Windows environment (packaging new applications, rolling out application updates, & configuration changes)
  • Resolve hardware & software incidents; Procure hardware and manage inventory
  • Provide support for business applications including Google G Suite for business, Microsoft Office 365, Teams, and any other platform.
  • Assist in the administration, onboarding and offboarding of users of E-mail, Teams, Active Directory, Zoom, Adobe, and other corporate IT and Security SaaS applications
