As a Project Manager joining the Surgery Team, you’ll be working closely with neurosurgeons, engineers, and operations teams to organize and schedule surgeries and testing. The position interacts with other departments, as directed, to complete assigned tasks. This is a job with a lot of moving pieces where you’ll be able to get involved with many aspects of the Surgery Team’s work, and directly affect our overall efficiency as a company.

- Google Calender, Slides, and Sheets proficiency
- Ability to see process and scheduling inefficiencies and fix them

- Ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a cross-disciplinary team environment
- Willing and eager to go above and beyond/flexible schedule
Key qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Project Management experience
Preferred qualifications (we’ll teach you!):
- Understanding of surgery, animal research, neuroscience, and/or engineering
- Familiarity with medical and engineering terminology and tools
- Knowledge of sterilization equipment
- Relevant experience supporting a technical team
