
We invite applications for a post-doc position studying the interactions of attention and decision making in parietal cortex. The work will include recording from cortical areas MT and LIP while animals perform a visual search task utilizing moving dot patterns. - Applicants should have a strong background in systems neurophysiology, behavioral training or computational neuroscience and be comfortable working independently on all aspects of the project.
- Previous experience with NHP recording and data analysis is desirable.
- Candidates should hold a PhD in neuroscience, psychology or a related discipline.
The position is initially for 12 months with the possibility of renewal. Compensation will be commensurate with relevant experience.
