We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help us continue developing and scaling our AI-based image processing platform using cloud technologies.

Our fully-automated system is used by over 1,800 hospitals around the world and processes data for ⅓ of all stroke cases in the United States and a large number of stroke cases in other countries of the world, including Switzerland, Japan, Australia and Brazil.

Responsibilities
- Working with a small team of engineers to build new features for our image processing platform
- Collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, other Engineering teams and subject-matter experts to refine new feature ideas
- Taking ownership of your work through the entire development lifecycle.
- Troubleshooting and resolving faults in any environment (note: no routine on-call)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience
- 6+ years of general experience with at least one of our core languages (C++/Python/Javascript)
- 1+ years of experience with Linux server administration
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Knowledge of concurrent programming techniques
- Distributed systems design skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- A thirst for knowledge and desire to make a positive impact to humanity
